Ingredients
- 8 tbsp coconut oil or butter
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 eggs
- 3 mashed bananas
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 scoops vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
- 1/2 cup raisins or chocolate pieces
- 1/8 cup orange juice
Directions
- Pre-heat oven to 350°.
- Mix together the oil, honey, eggs, mashed bananas, orange juice and vanilla in a bowl.
- Add sifted: whole wheat flour, baking soda, salt, vanilla protein powder.
- Add either raisins or chocolate pieces to the mix.
- OPTIONAL: Add walnuts if you aren’t allergic but it’s still good without them.
- Grease your loaf pan with butter and add the mixture to it.
- Bake at 350° for 55-60 minutes.
