Ingredients
- 2 bananas
- 2tsp baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 6 tbsp almond milk
- 2 tbsp oil of choice
- 2 tbsp almond butter
- 1/2 cup flour ( I use gluten free baking blend)
- 1 cup quick cooking oats
- Chocolate chips or blueberries
Directions
- Combine banana and baking powder until creamy.
- Add eggs, almond milk, oil and almond butter; then combine until mixed.
- Stir in flour and oats and choc chips or blueberries.
- Cook on griddle
- Top with you favorite topping (I use peanut butter cinnamon and real maple syrup on choc chip and butter sliced almonds cinnamon and real maple syrup on blueberry)
